Fish Gadget Update

I made an update to the Fish Gadget that allows you to:

  • change the number of fish
  • choose a different color for your fish
  • choose a different color for the background
  • set a background jpg image

    i would like 75 fish to be black and gold and the color of the back ground to be a sea bluish green

    I just get the old version on my Google Page. Is there some special process to get the newer version?

    Hi Marc,
    The gadgets are automatically updated on your page. You don’t have to do anything to get the updates.

    If you haven’t noticed, you can click on a blank area, and small morsels are created. The fish then gather to eat them. Looks like we can feed our fish. They chase my mouse as well… Am I crazy? Is this really happening intentionally? Jean

    I didn’t realize how happy this gadget makes me until I inadvertently deleted this by switching between my work and home Google pages. Slow panic subsided when I found it again. What is the new symbol in the corner. It’s distracting to the fishes enjoyment of watching me.

    Adam Bowman, I hope you know how happy this gadget makes people. I couldn’t quite believe how cute they were! I have been an adoring fan since I borrowed your beautiful little tree frog. I lost him a few times due to my inexperience, and was desolate until I found him again. Thank you for being a very special kind of Genius. Oh, yes,when I clicked to “wake” him and he caught his first fly, I thought I had broken him! Thanks again. nita
